   Walkthrough and measurements

   We visit, measure the space properly, and look at what's behind the questions — subfloor condition, plumbing locations, electrical capacity, wall construction. Remodel surprises hide in walls; we look for them on day one.

   Design and selections

   Layout, cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures and lighting — chosen with samples and clear pricing side by side. Nothing is ordered until you've made the decisions with real numbers in front of you.

   Written scope and schedule

   You get a written scope that spells out exactly what's included, the investment, and the sequence of weeks — including permits and building approvals where they apply to your project.

   The build

   Protection and dust control first, then demo, rough plumbing and electrical, inspections, drywall and paint, flooring, cabinets, countertops, tile and fixtures — in the order that produces a correct result, with updates as each phase lands.

   Punch list and walkthrough

   We clean the work area, walk every room with you, list anything that needs attention, and finish it before we call the project done. The job isn't complete when we're tired of it — it's complete when you're happy with it.
